Also, I just discovered today that you can fix up the problem of “items not available in your country” in Amazon by changing your address under your account detail to United States or Australia if you would like to buy the kindle book. I noticed that the kindle book pricing does not show up when the country is set to Singapore or Malaysia.

Despite the royalty, pricing is a huge topic that required to be tested and optimized for each book. Now, for each book sold at $3, you will get around $2.
